Data Collection System (DCS)

Designed, developed, and delivered the complete technical solution for DCS — a live production platform operated by ITV Consult AG on behalf of FOCA Switzerland. DCS modernises the submission, assessment, and regulatory approval of aeronautical data including obstacles, Navaids, powerlines, airports, and area surveys, built on a cloud-native AWS ECS architecture with full security hardening and audit compliance.
